In February 2025, and just six months prior to developing a Staff Report on debt financing for the Firehall Replacement Project, the District CFO developed a Staff Report on "Future Costs and Taxation".  This earlier Report, which does not include Firehall Replacement Project costs, provides general context for community finances.

It's worth reviewing this earlier report to understand the current impact on local taxpayers, before incurring the incremental cost of a new Firehall.
