Numerous letters have been sent over a span of several months to Metchosin's Mayor & Council, outlining a spectrum of concerns with the process followed to arrive at a "preferred" option and the cost and scope of the "preferred" option itself. 

Some of these letters were timed to coincide with upcoming meetings that included a directly corresponding agenda item and, in these instances, the letters were registered as supplemental information to a meeting agenda package and posted on the District website.
